Noah Schatz is the CEO of each of the independent entities that comprise the Schatz Companies. He has worked in the real estate business since 1990. Noah directed Schatz Development's project at 600 N. Fairbanks Court, a 41-story condominium tower designed by Helmut Jahn. Noah also founded Domu.com, a website that simplifies the apartment search process for tenants and helps landlords lease their units quickly and affordably. Noah founded Chez, a luxury private event space in Streeterville that features contemporary, elegant finishes. Noah is the CEO of the Schatz Building, a loft building in Streeterville that once housed the Chez Paree nightclub and the Bauhaus School of Design, and is now a mixed use commercial building.
Lincoln Schatz is the President of Schatz Building, Domu.com, and Chez. He directs strategy, communications, and brand management for each of those independent entities. In that role, he develops advertising campaigns, social media strategies, and exercises editorial control over marketing materials. With Noah Schatz, he sets strategic priorities for each of the entities and aggressively manages towards those goals. He has managed the Schatz Building with Noah Schatz since 1990.
Andrena Rodgers O’Malley
Andrena O’Malley is the COO of Domu.com, a website that simplifies the apartment search for Chicago renters and landlords. In this role, Andrena supervises website development and analyzes site traffic. Andrena is also the managing broker of Schatz Realty, where she supervises the sales process and activities of sponsored licensees. Andrena served as the director of marketing at Schatz Development during its development of the condominium tower at 600 N. Fairbanks Court. Andrena received her business degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
Clare Pinkert oversees the legal, licensing, risk management, compliance, and human resources functions at The Schatz Companies. Prior to this role, Clare was a litigator at Kirkland & Ellis and at Goldberg Kohn where she focused on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She also served as Midwest Civil Rights Counsel to the Anti-Defamation League, where she advanced a broad civil rights agenda in a 16-state region through lobbying, litigation, public speaking, and collaboration with law enforcement. Clare was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joel M. Flaum of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, and to Magistrate Judge Young B. Kim of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Clare graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She is a member of the Illinois bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a trustee of the Erikson Institute.
Lauren Smith is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Chez, a contemporary event venue located two blocks east of Michigan Avenue in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Lauren brings over ten years of experience in the hospitality and catering industries industry to Chez. She began her career at Catalyst Ranch, a meeting and event space in Chicago, where she managed corporate and social events for national magazines, trade groups, radio stations, non-profit and government entities, and leaders in the pharmaceutical, health insurance, and beverage industries. Lauren has enabled countless clients to realize their visions for bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings, focus groups, conferences, innovation sessions, fundraisers, experiential marketing events, and more. Lauren has a B.A. in Advertising Art Direction from Columbia College, Chicago.
